My son wants a PDA (Palm Pilot Tungsten E2 Color Pda /MP3 Player).?
What is Bluetooth and is it expensive? He is only 11 but has a small yardscaping business and wants to keep track of his clients. Is there a better way? I also want to be able to know where he is at all times, does it have gps? Can I “call” him with this or just send messages? What is the range for us will it be like a cell phone or walkie talkie?
Verizon has bluetooth with many of its phones and also a GPS system to track in some- I just saw it on the news- go to Yahoo tech- you can look up smart phones under cell phones and the other things you question. It contains reviews,you can compare and I liked the user reviews- they can tell you alot. Check out cIngular too- those two seem to have the most complete coverage when you pull up the maps. Ypu might want to get him a less exp. PDA and also a phone- my son has that and likes it. It ran us about 300.00 3 years ago so I’m sure they are way less now….
